represented our mission. We are driven to provide
an authentic spanish dining experience,pleasurable
ambience, and outstanding service from our staff.
The name had to stand for a future legacy.
Therefore SAYOLA comes from the names of the
proprietors children: SAndra, YOrett, and LAzaro.
