Motivation is an important factor when you want to consider doing a job well. For me the real
motivation is given when the goals and objectives are realistic for the department and the
team. I also think that it is very motivating when there is clear communication between
employees and with everyone who shares the same goals.

I think it is a great company, I have heard many recommendations, it has a good work
environment, in addition to the opportunity to continue growing within the company
