Yoga Sequence Builder
The first page has a list of poses, broken out into different categories. These are
examples that you can choose from, but of course, there are many other poses
that you can add to your practice.
The second page gives you space to write out your own sequence.
You always want to start with six actions of the spine and a warmup (surya
namaskar A, B, or C are great for warming up).
Depending on how much time you have, you can add each subsequent category,
including as many poses for each category as you'd like.
For a 60min practice, I recommend including one flow of standing poses. For a
90min practice, I would include two flows of standing poses.
If you have any questions at all about how to use these worksheets, please don't
hesitate to email me - natalie@roamingyogi.co.
Happy sequencing!

natalie
