The contact details of the dealing person of the respective batches have been conveyed time and again through email to all the students. Still they are not adhering the same. 2. All the students are informed once again the details of the concerned dealing official of specific batches to send their request directly to the dealing person to avoid delay. Further, while writing email all need to be courteous and wait for the reply. Frequent and reparative emails need to be avoided. If you have any reasonable query or request send through email to the concerned official for necessary action. 3. In case of any requirement of any certificate, students need to plan well in advance their requirements for the bonafide certificate or others and send the request well in advance to avoid last minutes’ rush.
