Tiramisù recipe

Ingredients:

6 Eggs

500g Mascarpone cheese

100g Sugar

300g Savoiardi biscuits

1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract

Coffee

2 Tablespoons cCocoa powder

Separate egg whites and reds.

Beat whites until soft peaks form.

Beat reds with sugar until they turn light and fluffy.

Mix in Mascarpone cheese and vanilla extract.

Slowly fold in egg whites.

Put cream aside.

Dunk biscuits in coffee and form a layer in a square cooking dish.

Alternate biscuit layer and cream layer.

Top with cocoa powder.

Serve.
