THE IT & ANALYTICS CLUB

Congratulations! For getting into the Group Task Round of the TITAN selection process.

The major objective of the club is to assist the students of IIM Kashipur to develop an understanding of
IT & Analytics concepts. The club conducts various activities and knowledge-sharing sessions
throughout the academic year to promote the learning of IT and Analytics. We at TITAN try to adhere to
our culture. Now, this is your chance to show how you are a suitable addition to the family.

TASK INSRUCTIONS:
Task: Team Presentation
Topic: TITAN's Roadmap for the Year 2022-23
Team size: 4 (as mentioned in the sheet attached in the mail)
1 of the team has 3 members, so that team has to prepare 4 slides in total
Presentation Time: 10 min (to present) + 07 min (for Q&A)
Max. slides limit: 5 (excluding team details and reference slides)
4 slides for each of the 4 members new initiatives
1 slide for detailed timeline
Please mention your name and roll number on the slides members have worked on.
Submit the posters and ppt separately.
DELIVERABLES:
The presentation should include below pointers but not limited to it,

1. Refer to various events conducted by TITAN and create 2 posters (1 poster for inter college
event and 1 poster for intra college event). (Any tool can be used) ( Refer to this link for better
understanding)
2. One new initiative from each team member which you would like to conduct.
3. Detailed timeline of various events/activities TITAN can conduct throughout the year 2022.

TIPS:
Go through previous activities of TITAN club on social media handles, so that repetition of is avoided.
Visit D2C website of other B-school IT-Analytics club’s social media handles for reference

EVALUATION:
Evaluation of the presentation will be done based on,
1. Depth of research
2. Clarity of suggested ideas
3. Newness of the suggested ideas
4. Ease of conduction (Feasibility) of events/activities
5. Presentation skills
6. Team spirit/coordination

Note: Avoid plagiarism in task, any such incidents if found will lead to penalty in any form.
