Interviewer : tell me about yourself ?

Me : Let me introduce little about myself. My name is M Syarif Hidayatullah. I was born in
Probolinggo. I’m a 20 years old. And my last educational background is graduated from state
polytechnic of malang

Interviewer : What are your strength ?

Me : My strength devided two group ; 1 Personal characters there are honesty,discipline,patience

and hard work , 2 I have many myskill and knowledge electrical engineering

Interviewer : What are your weakness ?

Me : My weakness is I’m not carefuly when doing a job or task, so I will try to more carefuly

Interviewer : What do you see yourself in five years ?

Me : My plan in next five years, I want to improved this company and i want to be manager in this
company

Interviewer : What do you know about the company ?

Me : yes, I think everyone knew this company because this company is very famous and product
from this company has been used many people

Interviewer : How well do you handle change ?

Me : This is one of my strength, I trust that i can handle this change. So first, positif thinking and
know the change is costant, comunicate with other people and learn about the new role,be
optimistic ,self reflection and learn new skills

Interviewer : Do you work well under pressure ?

Me : yes because i believe it help me grow. In my previous experience, i aways worked well during
deadlines, and I always learned how to work more effieciently

Interviewer : How do you make important decisions ?

Me : This is about problem solving. First identify the problem, Brainstorm ideas,list the possible
solutions and we can choose the important decisions
