Applications on the date, are invited from the eligible candidates having requisite qualification with all original
documents for engagement of Project Associate-I and Senior Project Associate (purely temporary position under
different projects). Walk-in-Interview for the same positions will be conducted on 27/09/2022, 28/09/2022,
29/09/2022, 30/09/2022 01/10/2022, 06/10/2022, 07/10/2022, 08/10/2022 10/10/2022 11/10/2022 and
12/10/2022 at CSIR-Central Institute of Mining and Fuel Research, Barwa Road Campus and Digwadih

Project Associate-I & II ),
व र प रयोजना सहयोगी के िलए ूनतम 21 वष और अिधकतम 40 वष (Minimum 21 years and maximum 40 years for Senior Project
Associate).
अनुसूिचत जाित/अनुसूिचत जनजाित/शारी रक प से िवकलां ग एवं अ सां िविधक समूह के उ ीदवारों को आयु म िनयमानुसार छूट दी जाएगी

(यिद कोई हो) विणत िकया जाना आव क ह। / Candidate should read the advertisement properly and fill up hard copy of application
in which Applicant should mention the Advertisement no. and date, Name of Candidate, Father’s name, Date of Birth, Educational
Qualification, Percentage, Year of Passing, Category, Address, Mobile Number, Email address, Experience, if any, in their
application Form and bring the same application which along with all the required certificate mark sheets etc on the date of
Walk-In-Interview.

सू अव साथ लाये, अहता थािपत होने तक उ सा ा ार के िलए उपयु नही माना जाएगा।/Candidates are also requested to
carry the conversion formula of CGPA/DGPA/OGPA in percentage of their respective University/Institution. Until they establish
their eligibility as per requirement of Advertisement, they would not be allowed for appear in Walk-in-Interview.

अ थ , जो सा ा ार की ितिथ को या इसके पुव से भारत म कही भी िकसी भी सं थान से िकसी कार के िनयिमत कोस म नामां कन कराए
ए है तो उ िव ािपत पद हे तु अयो माना जाएगा। सीएसआईआर-िसंफर म अ थायी सेवा कायकाल के दौरान अगर सूचनानुसार कोई अ थ
कोई भी िनयिमत कोस करता आ पाया जाता है , तो त ाल उस अ थ का आबंधन िनर कर िदया जाएगा और दं डा क कायवाही की जा
सकती है ।/ Candidates, who are enrolled in any of the regular courses anywhere in India, on or before the date of Walk of Interview,
would not be considered as eligible candidates for any of the advertised post. In case, any Candidate is found doing any Full Time
Regular Courses during the period of engagement at CSIR-CIMFR,their engagement will be terminated immediately and suitable
panel action will be taken against them.
प रयोजना सहायक के कायकाल की अविध/(Tenure of Project Assistant) : ार क िनयु की सामा अविध 6 माह / एक
साल के िलए या प रयोजना समा , जो पहले हो, तक होगी। यह अविध सभी कार के प रयोजना अंतगत आबंधन की कुल अविध सीएसआईआर
के िविभ योशालाओं को िमलाकर 05 वष से अनिधक होगी। चयिनत अ थ कायालय से िकसी भी प ाचार के दौरान िव ापन सं ा को
अव ही संदिभत कर/Selected Candidate(s) will be engaged for the period of 6 Months/ one year initially or upto completion of
project period, whichever is earlier. The total engagement should not exceed more than 05 years in different projects at different
laboratories of CSIR. Selected Candidate shall invariably refer to the Advertisement/Notification No. during any
correspondence with Office.

चयिनत प रयोजना सहायकों की तैनाती, प रयोजना की आव कता के अनुसार सं थान प रसर या प रयोजना काय थल (Project Site)
पर की जा सकती ह। कायार के प ात रहने की यथासंभव व था सं थान ारा प रसर म या प रयोजना काय थल पर की जाएगी अ था
सं थान की सिमित के ारा िनिणत आवास िकराया भ ा दे य होगा।/Selected Candidates may be deputed at Institute’s premises or Project
Site. After joining of selected candidate(s), accommodation facility will be made available by CSIR-CIMFR or at the Project site
otherwise House Rent Allowance will be payable as decided by the concerned committee.

Facility at the Dispensary of Institute will be made available to the selected candidate only.

running/ongoing/proposed Project of CSIR-CIMFR. Candidates, who have no requisite qualifications on the date of Interview,will
not be allowed to appear in the Interview.
