Dear Resident,

This letter is to inform you major utility work will be commencing soon affecting your
lot space directly. The fence which was once granted will need to be removed in its entirety, also
there is no assurance the fence will be allowed to be re-installed. An above ground electrical
transformer will be installed street side at the rear end of coach. Edison has given specific
instructions to not have any item within 5ft of transformer which includes but is not limited to
house hold items, brooms, appliances, tables, plants, nor any combustible materials.

We ask that you work with Walnut MHP for this will affect half of the resident’s electrical
connectivity. Time is of the essence although a scheduled installation date has not yet been
assigned. Walnut MHP and management apologize for any inconvenience. Any questions please
