We hereby offer to purchase the above-mentioned property for the sum

1. The purchase price shall be paid in cash in the following terms of payment.

he/she holds a good and registerable title to the property, which shall be conveyed clear and
free of all liens and encumbrances.
 
5. Upon consummation of the sale of the subject property, the authorized Real Estate Brokers
