Key learnings

1. The first thing I learned from this assignment was working as a team in harmony.
2. I learnt how the online ecosystem of an apparel website works.
3. The product variations and assortments available on the website were a lot more
compared to what an offline store of lifestyle could offer.
4. Learnings related to working in a retail environment.
5. How omnichannel works in the retail sector.
6. Specifically about lifestyle, I learned about the convenience the option ‘Click and Collect’
gives to its customers.
7. I learned about the ways online apparel websites work to attract it’s customers like
multiple discounts, coupons and limited stocks.
8. After comparing other apparel websites I got to know how uniqueness of the user
interface benefits the website and attracts more customers.
9. I learned how ease of access provided to the customers by the website for end to end
buying can influence them to visit the website again.
10. I learnt about the possible challenges that an online retail website can solve that an
offline can’t.
11. Also the challenges posed by online retail website that the offline store can solve.
