Transformational Leadership Summary

We are here at a time where any face-to-face interaction is banned whether at school, at church or even
going to the mall because of the pandemic. That is why it becomes a challenge to me how to function
effectively and have the normal student life that I used to have. It is not easy for me to take online
classes because of the stress and anxiety that I experienced inside or outside the house. Taking an online
class is not easy because we are used to the face-to-face system where we can do the activities were
asked to do properly and effectively. Sometimes it’s hard for me to prioritize one course to another
because of the pond of workloads. It brought a lot of realization for me especially with this stay-at-home
situation with the word safety because it aligned with what’s with our surroundings. NSTP serves as to
grow within ourselves, for community building, and also national security, also NSTP seeks to acquire
and incorporate ethics, knowledge for the students who take NSTP, innovational leadership, and spirit of
nationalism, and for unending social mobilization.

NSTP became important for me with what’s happening around and it became important to me because
now we need to be safe no matter what it’s whether a pandemic or a disaster you need to really
consider your safety for yourself and also with the people around you. With the activities or task that is
given by the professor in our NSTP class, it’s very important to be prepared. It taught us the importance
of being familiar with the possible route of safe places or areas to evacuate during a disaster around our
community. This practice allows us to keep ourselves as well as our family safe during any kind of
disaster. Wherein in those times, we must really consider the safety of all. It helps our inner and outer
selves to grow deeper.
