1. Choose and describe one (1) key element of total quality management.
 I choose the teamwork element of total quality management. In teamwork, team members are open to
communicate with each other that can make a best and right decision. People feel more comfortable in
solving problems, and can get help from other workers to find a solution and put into place.

2. Briefly explain how your chosen key element would contribute in maintaining quality standards in the
organization.
 In teamwork contribution, the business will be easy, quicker and better solutions to problems also it can
provide maintaining improvements in processes and operations.

3. Sight other ways in achieving total quality in the workplace.

 In other ways, the all key elements the ways when achieving total quality in the workplace. Actually
there are many ways using an all key elements and they all have benefits and also this is a key to ensure
a success of total quality management in an organization. One of example is the Strategically Based that
helps to prioritize the efforts of the organization.
