Story is done when...

Enforced by PM/QE

 All tasks for the story are done


 All acceptance criteria (defined in story description) have been met
 All P0/P1 defects related to the story's functionality have been resolved and verified
 Unit testing complete across FE/GraphQL/Mulesoft and TZ (Front end guidelines [WIP])
 Unit tests include coverage for all Google Analytics functions
 Failure scenarios included with appropriate logging so it could be picked up by EOps
monitoring
 All functional tests pass
 All non-functional tests pass (security, accessibility, etc.)
 All regression tests (i.e., existing automated and manual tests) pass
 All relevant test cases are done, at least manually
o If automation doesn’t complete in the current sprint, it MUST be done in the
following sprint
 If the ACs indicate it should be demoed, a recording of the demo is made and sent to the
PM
 QE and PM reviews and PM has accepted the story
 Status is moved to “Closed” and has a scheduled build defined
o [Deferred] Status is moved to “Pending Release” for stories that will be released
to production, and “Closed” for non-releasable stories
