Dear Sir:

I am FER GRACE CATAYLO NIAGA, a Senior High School Teacher of Mabinay National High
School, teaching TVL and HUMSS subjects. I am writing to request for a transfer of assignment to
your school Negros Oriental High School. I am humbly asking for this due to the reasons stated
herein:

1.) Improving work-life balance. I am a Second year continuing student of Foundation

University College of Law and Jurisprudence and since the Pandemic is now slowing down
and everything is slowly back to normal, the college is requiring us to attend face to face
classes and it will be advantage in my part if I will be transfer in your School for me to be
able to continue my studies and in my professional growth.

2.) Single Parent. My son will be in Junior High School this coming School year 2023-2024,
and I am planning to enroll him in one the schools in Dumaguete City. It would be easier for
me to monitor him if I will be working in the same City where my son will be studying.

I am now in my fifth year of teaching. I am very willing to teach TVL and HUMSS subjects and
other subjects which I am eligible to teach.
