    hours
    Three-glass-collection – for prostatic infection

    1st container: 1st part of the urine

    2nd container: mid-part of the urine (control; walay sulod)

    3rd container: last part of the urine (should contain more bacteria and wbc than the first container)
    30-45 mL, first morning urine, within 4 min temperature should be measured in DRUG SPECIMEN
    URINE

    Urine Temperature: 32.5-37 degrees C

    If temp. exceeded or reduced, it should be reported to the supervisor for recollection
