PERFORMANCE TASK #01: BPHS MASTER CHEF KIDS

Like a real participants of the well acclaimed TV show Master Chef hosted by well
renowned chef and restaurateur, Gordon Ramsay, learners will also participate in a simple
food preparation. Learners will prepare a simple yet healthy sandwich or burger snack with a
fruit-based beverage.
The performance task will be judge in terms of the following SCORE
rubric.
Appearance, Plating
and Presentation. (15 points)
