    SOLE AGENT APPOINTMENT LETTER

    We, SAMISAZ PHARMACHOTICAL CO0MPANY, through _______, our President and CEO,
    hereby convey.

    Sole agency to Mr. Shahin Sepasi Ahouei with passpo( number: X53242788 and address at
    Unit 2510, Avida towers prime taft, Pasay City, Manila, Philippines. Mr. Shahin Sepasi, is
    authorize to Register/Sell/Distribute all our products with potential clients/buyers/traders, in the
    all areas of Philippines and South East Asia.

    Mr. Shahin Sepasi Ahouei is hereby enjoined to follow the tems, rules and regulations of
    SAMISAZ PHARMACHOTICAL CO0MPANY in making a deal with any buyer.

    This Sole agency shall be valid for five (5) years effective upon the date of signing of this
    appoientment and subject to extension upon the mutual approval bythe two parties.
