Basic Chicken Burger Patties

500g ground chicken meat


75g dry breadcrumbs
85g milk
60g spring onions,fine chopped
1tsp worchestershire sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper,ground

Combine all and knead by hand. Form into patties (150g or 170g).
Freeze.

*may add dried herbs such as thyme, oregano or basil (only 1 type per precipe).
