M2TECH Moisture and Mold Resistant Boards are specially formulated with biocide
additives in its core, encased in recycled green face paper for applications where
enhanced moisture and mold resistance is required
Application
1. High performance interior Ceiling & Walls for enhanced moisture and mold resistance.
2. Ideally suitable for use in resorts in mountain area, hospital treatment rooms,

Gyproc™ Duraline® Characteristic

A high impact resistant and noise insulation gypsum board. Gyproc DuraLine’s gypsum
core incorporates special fire protective additives, firmly bonded to a strong mustard
yellow colored paper liner.

1. For internal dry lining of buildings where a more durable surface is required

Gyproc™ Moisture Resistant Board

Characteristic
Gypsum plasterboard with water repellent additives in the core, encased in
a special green paper liners. Achieve < 5% weight increase after submerging to
water for 2 hrs acc to BS 1230 standard.
Application
1. External soffits in sheltered positions
2. Drylining wet area such as kitchens and bathrooms
3. Use as base before ceramic tiling

Factories:
The company principally aims to produce high quality standard products, has
been progressively dedicated for research and the development of production
technology. While the Saint-Gobain Group has provided the production recipes,
the Thai Gypsum Products Pcl. is greatly aware of the product qualities and
standards, originating from raw material selections through manufacturing
processes to deliver superb products with convenience and worthwhile qualities,
over the 3 factories, namely 1) the plant for gypsum plasters based in Bang Pa-ln
District, Ayutthaya Province, 2) the plant of galvanized steel framing and 3) the
gypsum factory are located at Laem Chabang Industrial Estate in Chonburi
Province. Furthermore, the gypsum plant is regarded as the most modern in
the Asia-Pacific Region and has its production capacity at approximately 27
million standard boards a year.

The company has installed the best computer system for connecting with the central
customer service center in Bangkok and the company’s warehouses in order to improve
the performances of company services and product distribution to be more quickly

Training Center:
According to the development policy of the Saint-Gobain Group, the worldwide
trainees correctly acquired the knowledge and technical skills for gypsum-board

training center is established to convey vocational training for the installations of
gypsum board walls and ceilings that meet international standards.
Technical Center:
