Informative Article. 13 of the EU Regulation n. 2016/679

We wish to inform you that EU Regulation 679/2016 provide for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the
processing of personal data.
According to the law, this treatment will be based on principles of fairness, legality and transparency and protection of your
privacy and your rights.
Under Article. 13 of the EU Regulation n. 2016/679, we hereby provide the following information:
Data Controller and Head of Data Protection:
The data controller is Expediting Inspection Services Srl, in the person of the legal representative;
Purpose of treatment:
The personal data will be processed by the Owner for the following purposes:
- to perform the obligations under applicable laws or regulations;
- CV Management: this will be stored in corporate databases and used, subject to verification by the person concerned in the
service opportunities that IESI can dispense with the selected resources;
- provide the services;
- provide information and / or send communications regarding the service.
Processing methods:
The treatment will be carried out automatically and / or manually, in compliance with the provisions of Art. 32 GDPR 2016/679
with regard to security measures, by specifically authorized individuals and in compliance with the provisions of art. 29 GDPR
2016/679.
Please note that, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to art. 5
GDPR 2016/679, your personal data will be kept for the time period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are
collected and processed. The duration can not be higher than 5 years (five).
Scope of communication and dissemination:
- the data may be transferred to another holder (as a self-holder) for treatments carried out on the outside, for the aspects that
may affect them and in the manner prescribed by law;
- communicated to commercial partners who apply for work purposes and / or collaboration;
- used anonymously for statistical purposes;
- made available to collaborators of the data controller, as managers or agents.
Existence of an automated decision-making process, including profiling:
Inspection Expediting Services Srl not adopt automated decision-making process, including profiling, referred to in Article 22,
paragraphs 1 and 4 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016.
The rights
At any time, you may exercise, according to Articles 15-22 of the EU Regulation. 2016/679, the right to:
a) request confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data;
b) obtain the information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of
recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, when possible, the retention period;
c) to obtain the correction and deletion of data;
d) obtaining the limitation of the treatment;
e) obtain the data portability, ie receive them from a holder of the treatment, in a structured format, of common use and readable
by an automatic device, and send it to another holder of the treatment without impediments;
f) oppose the treatment at any time, and also in case of processing for direct marketing purposes;
g) oppose an automated decision-making process relating to physical persons, including the profiling.
h) require the data controller to access personal data and correct or cancel them or treatment limitations relating to him or to
object to their treatment, as well as the right to data portability;
i) revoke your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent given before the
revocation;
j) submit a complaint to a supervisory authority.
