Conclusion

The major goal of this study was to see how simplicity of use affected e-WOM via technological adoption
and social media community adoption of mobile payments during the covid-19 pandemic.

The ease with which technological applications can be used has a favorable impact on the desire to
adopt e-WOM. This data demonstrates that millennials and students are capable of using and
controlling technology. Joining social media has a beneficial effect since it makes you feel at ease while
using it and makes you happy.

The results also show that irrespective of how much you spend, technology has taken control over the
financial lives. New innovations, emerging startups plays the important role. Thus, this all leads users to
use technology more. The ease in using online payments in malls, groceries has made them use the
payment apps frequently.

The findings also suggest that members of the social media community can readily exchange
information and reviews and feedback on social media

The findings showed that the product quality affects the age groups. Thus millennials prefer more of
good quality product than the people above age 35 years.

This research could help the provider of the mobile payment application examine the application's
simplicity of use in order to improve the number of users.
