“Sanctions to slayers”

Recently our facebook page has struck with the post of some Slayers and that’s
not all these players doesn’t know their place and how to respect other members of our
page.

Therefore after all deliberations we’ve made and with the advice of our allies
regarding these issues I hereby declare the following sanctions shall be made:

1. The Slayers group shall be treated as non-Avatar or not part of Soul Society of
Avatars: CFV Manila anymore therefore they will no longer have any privilege to any
triumphs, failures, knowledge and riches that our guild has or shall have these includes
connections and influence since we’re really separate before as branches.

2. It will not be our obligation to inform them about our guild activities especially
exclusive events laid upon only to CFV Manila officially.

3. The Kaiserians, us, shall remain continue its Avatar Status or part of The Soul
Society of Avatars thus the only Cardfighters or players that may represent CFV Manila
officially.

4. All guild events or tournaments that are not exclusive to all Avatars will also allow
them to join as part of their rights.

5. Transactions shall be made by them is only to them respectively and what is ours is
ours in short using the guild’s name or our name in any transaction is prohibited.

6. It’s up to them how they will cope with this proclamation and I hope that both guilds or
team shall remain communicative after all we spent many times together.

7. Lastly, I hope the apology message sent by Mr. Miguel Valencia shall be truly
sincerely, not only in him but also his comrades, his fellow Slayers thus
excommunication nor banning shall not be promulgated to them as long as there are
sincere with their apology.
