The attached Contract having been approved, notice is hereby given to Harbour
Chateau that service may commence for Supply and Delivery of Food and
Accommodation in Odiongan, on August 9-12, 2022 effective seven (7) days upon
issuance of this notice.

Upon receipt of this notice, you are responsible for performing the services under the
terms and conditions of the Agreement and in accordance with the Implementing
Schedule.

Please acknowledge receipt and acceptance of this notice by signing both copies in the
space provided below. Keep one copy and return the other to the Department of
Agriculture, Region IV-MIMAROPA 3rd Floor ATI Bldg., Elliptical Road, Diliman, Quezon
City.
