Job Description:
To lead the assigned responsibility of C&I in shift and to provide technical expertise to respective team of Turbine, Boiler & BOP
systems, aligned to the O&M activities with safety and quality execution of the plant to ensure the achievement of business targets,
in a safe and cost effective manner and to develop subordinates required technical / non-technical training to be arranged for
improving their skills and efficiency.

O&M activities of assigned Under the oversight and guidance of the Head – C&I, to drive the C&I O&M activities for
roles and responsibilities assigned area/shift to meet the requirement of the Plant Operation and to ensure the
achievement of targeted plan.
Process / System improvements based on the future needs.
Major spares identification, finalization of list, approval of budget for ordering.
Trouble shooting and attending the breakdown problems. Confront and solve performance /
operational issues to improve efficiency
Carrying out Preventive Maintenance, Calibration & Testing of Instruments,
Condition Monitoring execution, Execution of Annual Maintenance jobs

Safety Develop Safe Work Procedures and Operational Techniques to ensure
proper execution of Plant Resources. To ensuring safe work practices during O&M.
To create safety awareness among the employees.
To ensure safety to man & machine to achieve zero accident.

Comply with quality Ensure all C&I O&M activities comply with quality standard in line with IMS.
