INFORMATION

The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor, upon sworn complaint originally filed by the
offended party, accuses_______________ of the crime of CORRUPTION OF MINORS,
committed as follows:

said_______________ , did then and there, willfully, unlawfully, feloniously and maliciously
conceal his true name to police officer ___________________ , duly-appointed, qualified and
acting as such, and while in the performance of his duties, asked the said accused for his true
name, and the said accused did then and there willfully, unlawfully, and feloniously and with
abuse of confidence and authority, promote and facilitate the prostitution and corruption of a girl,

satisfying the carnal lust of others.
