HT PHOTO TRAINING

CAMERA:

 ZOOM in lens in 35mm.

 Please refer to the markings on the floor for the camera position.
 Please refer to the markings on the floor for the chair position.
 Open the camera lens, make sure battery is fully charge every day.
 No shadows in each photo, adjust lighting of the room if needed.
 Select portrait and always set image quality L 24m 6000 x 4000 ( 5176 )

PATIENT:

 Total 8 photo’s to be taken.

 Let the patient sit, back straight, and look straight to the camera.
 In the same position facing the camera let the patient bend their head, look down.
 Instruct the patient to turn on the right side 45 degree, head bend slightly. Follow the floor
markings.
 On right side 90 degree, instruct the patient look straight to the wall.
 And do the same in the left side, 45 degree, and 90 degree.
 And instruct the patient to turn back in the camera, face the wall and look straight.
 And lastly, instruct chin up, to show the back markings in the recipient area.
