Three way discharge
Efficient three way discharge with pneumatic flap. System allows automatic preset time in MMI for tablets start up, sampling and shut down rejection. (not available for NIK CLASSIC and MINITAB)

Tablet De-Duster & Dust Collector

Deduster is based on tablets moving on a slight gradient spiral mesh, fine dust gets exhausted and collected into the Dust Collector. Tablet press is also connected to Dust Collector to exhaust all extra powder.

Powder Loading System

Auto Powder Loading is also available if the total distance does not exceed 5 meters from the tablet press and 4 meters height is equipped with Ventury system otherwise a Blower will be provided. Auto Hopper Level sensor would automatically sense lower level and start the vacuum loading system. IBC loading system can be also used.

Metal Detector Unit

Very High Metal Detection Sensitivity - PLC Digital Control and signal processing - Dual Channel Phase Sensitive Detection.
