Complete the activities in your plan for an entire week (7 days). Remember to warm up, then do
your personal workout, and finish with a cool-down. At the completion of the seven days, use this
worksheet to evaluate your plan. List the activities in your plan and indicate if you were able to
complete each. If you were not able to perform some of the activities in your plan on the specified
day, indicate the reason (bad weather, homework, etc.). If you were not able to complete an entire
workout on the specified day, please try to move that workout to a day that you have no workout
planned. The key is to workout four days out of seven days. (16 pts)
