In my own understanding and working at a HR I think having a HR is a necessity because first


they are the one who hires employees, second one is that they are the one who manage the
man power of the company or a business by knowing it’s skills and knowledge factors that can
contribute to the business, Third reason is they are the one who maintain compliance within the
company, fourth reason is they are the one who trains the employees, and last one is they are
the one who analyze the benefits of every employees of the company.
2. HR is the one who hires HRM is the one who manages the one who got hired. (ahhaha eto talaga
pag kakaintindi ko sir hehe)
3. They hire because they are in need of manpower who fits the position that the company is lack
of. ( hindi to google sir natandaan ko lang talaga na napag aralan naten to KACHOOOW)
4. Recruiment Operations – the one who hires of course haha,
Sourcing/Advertisement Team- they’re specific role is to search potential skilled employees that
the company needs or short of.
Labor laws compliance team –They are the one who protects employees and also the company
and also do the dirty work to protect the company’s reputation (medj tanda koto sir diko alam
kung tama pero tanda ko lang hahaha).
Employee Relation – its specific role is the maintain the good relation and bond of every
employee for example they conduct team building etc.
Backend/documentations team – the one who keeps the record of employees from beginning
till it resigns or retired.
