I, the undersigned chairman of Punjab, Basic Human Rights International Council of Pakistan
Agency, Lahore, Punjab (BHRICP) want to draw your kind intention towards a case i.e. The Custom
Appeal NO.63 /2018 Dated………………… Titled Atta Ullah son of Kamar Azam against the order dated 06-
12-2017 passed by Mr.Asif Abbas khan, Collector customs (Appeal), Lahore pending before the customs
Appellate Tribunal, Bench-I, at Lahore since date of its filing without any progress. The subject vehicle
Toyota Hilux Registration NO B2643/NWFP, Chassis NO LN40-040059, owned by Appellant (Atta Ullah)
was taken into possession by the 11 wing Sutleg Rangers, Wagha, Lahore and got registered an FIR
NO.28/2014 Dated 05-02-2014, Offenses U/Ss. 353/186 PPC, 4-55/52 Entry Act & 156(1)(8)(89)178
Customs Act, P/S Hadyara, Lahore. The Original Registration Book of the confiscated vehicle is available
with the appellant. The said vehicle which is a valuable asset of the appellant is destroying. The
Appellant approached this office and requested for help of his Basic Right of fair trial without delay.

Keeping in view of the above, it is requested that the subject Appeal may vary kindly be ordered
to be fixed before any available bench and the same be disposed of as early as possible in accordance
with law.
