Request Personnel

2. In connection with the above reference, the undersigned was recently


designated as PIO as additional duties and responsibilities wherein the said office have
a handful of task which entails additional personnel. It is also noteworthy that the
undersigned is also the Deputy Provincial Director of Sulu PPO that handles the Quad
Staff of the said PPO.

3. In this regard, the undersigned request for the following personnel to assist
