new closing on the 8400 Normandale Lake office building in Bloomington, MN, located near the busy
intersection of I-494 and Highway 100.

This 17-story office building is considered one of the premier, Class-A office space providers in the
greater Twin Cities. The UFC platform leverages the cooperative power of Minnesota credit unions to
help build their local communities through competitive commercial lending. UFC arranged the
transaction with five credit unions, who joined forces to finance the transaction range in size from
$230M to $1.7B. These not-for-profit financial service providers are member-owned cooperatives
working to serve Minnesota communities as a collaborative team.
