Welcome to Scroop Patterns! We hope you love the garment you make from our patterns.

Use the following guidelines on printing and assembling your pattern to ensure that you print an accurately
sized pattern that goes together well and fits as intended.

Printing your Pattern:

• The Frances Rump pattern is designed to print on:
• 13 pages of standard A4 / US Letter size paper, in the Print-at-Home option, or;
• 1 sheet of A0 (33'' x 46'' / 84cm x 118cm) paper size in the full Print-at-Copyshop option.
• Choose ‘Actual Size’/100% in the sizing options for printing. DO NOT ‘Scale’ or ‘Fit to Page’.
• If printing the Print at Home pattern, print Page 5 and check the Test Sizing Squares to ensure that they measure
correctly.
• Test Sizing Squares are given on both the Print-at-Home and Copyshop versions of the pattern. The squares should
measure 2'' x 2'' / 5cm x 5cm. Measure on the line for centimeters, and on the outside of the line for inches.

Instructions:
• The Frances Rump pattern has 11 pages of sewing instructions: pages 1-6 are line drawings, pattern piece guides,
sizing guides, fabric requirements, cutting layouts, hand stitching instructions, and preparation instructions; pages 7-
11 are the sewing instructions.

Print-at-Home A4/Letter Patterns:

• Cut on the outside of the grey border of each page, and match the diamonds to assemble the pattern. There are a few
places where so many pattern lines cross the borders that there was no place to put a diamond: in that case the pattern
lines make matching clear. Borders with no pattern lines crossing them and no diamonds do not need to be joined.
• A taping/gluing layout for the full Print-at-Home option is given on the following page.
• For View A size Small, print pages: 1-3, 6-7
• For View A sizes Medium, Large, & Extra-Large, print pages: 1-8, 11-15
• For View B size Small, print pages 4-5, 8-10
• For View B sizes Medium, Large, & Extra-Large, print pages 4-5, 7-13
