a. Visualization or future imagination:

To have a more projective vision of what the world could be if we begin to

visualize it in a more vibrant and different future, where we as leaders would
make a great change.

b. Enlist:

Find honest and authentic people who have the ingenuity to make their
dreams come true, pay attention to the needs that arise in the environment,
and support building the vision of an ideal future as a group.

c. Embody:

Demonstrate and defend who we really are, and show where we strive.

d. Empower:

Empower people to make authoritative decisions so they feel confident to

work on this mission, giving the team the knowledge, strength, tools and skills
to carry out the vision.

e. Evaluate:

Verify what we are doing and that we are doing it well, and in this way
evaluate the key people, according to their contribution, their skills and the
tools they have, the ethics and honesty that they represent in the company.

f. Foment:

Inspire people to believe in themselves, to always be the voice that motivates

them and always be on the lookout to turn the negative into positive and
encourage them to be champions and be willing to become leaders.
