POPULAR SOCIAL NETWORKS WITH THE YOUTH OF KAZAKHSTAN

in 2020, a quantitative survey was conducted in 7 large cities of Kazakhstan, which was attended by 627
respondents. The most popular social networks among the youth of Kazakhstan are Instagram, VK and
Youtube (regardless of the city). The most popular network among young Kazakhstanis is the Vkontakte
network (71%). Moreover, it is especially popular among the younger age group (15-18 years). In second
place is Instagram (59%). It is also popular more with schoolchildren and students. Facebook is not very
popular among the youth of Kazakhstan (10%) (especially among the younger age group - 7%).
 Project "There are no other people's mothers"

This project is aimed at helping the "Mothers of Heroes" who lost their sons in the line of military duty in
Afghanistan, Chechnya and Syria, which will consist of both psychological support and the help that each
mother needs. Within the framework of the project, together with the youth, repeated meetings are
planned with the mothers of the dead heroes, congratulating them on such holidays as Mother's Day
and March 8, and providing some kind of assistance at their request.As a result, these events will
contribute to the development of sensitivity and compassion among young people by providing
assistance to the "Mothers of Heroes", the development of social activity among the younger
generation, and the formation of a sense of patriotism.
