Choco Heart will target customer who lived both in urban and rural side.

DEMOGRAPHIC
 Age

It targets the youth (18-30) and adults (30-40) and not any other segment.

 Income

It mainly focuses on budget-conscious customers while segmenting on the basis of


income. Targeting those consumers who are budget-conscious.
BEHAVIORAL
 Occasions and festivals

We target those customers who likes to celebrate different occasions and festival with
chocolate.

 Gifts

People are now give chocolate items as gifts on many occasions. So Choco Heart
will target those customers who liked to give chocolate as a gift item to others.

 Usage rate

The regular users especially girls and little children.
