VIRTUE – good, or behavior showing high moral
standards

PLEASURE - Pleasure is short-lived, also Pleasure
is fulfilling an external need.
INTELLECTUAL VIRTUE- virtue of thought, and can
be achieved through education time and
experience
INSTRUMENTAL GOOD - are goods that are not
chosen for their own sake, but rather, for the
sake of others
SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY - Science and
technology studies are the study of how society,
politics, and culture affect scientific research and
technological innovation, and vice versa.

VICE – bad, or immoral or wicked behavior
“Pleasure”
HAPPINESS - happiness is long-lived, and it is a
selfless act and is typically more permanent than
pleasure.
MORAL VIRTUE – virtue of character, and can be
achieved through habitual practice
ULTIMATE GOOD – or happiness
THE GOOD LIFE - A good life is when you are in
control of the technology you use and not vice
versa.
Good life is related to Science. It is science that
provides good life for everyone and at the same
time, it is the quest for good life that fuels
science.
