If your card is hacked then this agent will be taking the authentication for the recovery

On clicking on Menu items, i.e. Credit Card this will open the below screen of login for users i.e. User and manager

When you click on rules of protection and generalization:

When you click on apply for credit card, this is used for applying credit card.the user should satisfy all the rules
then only he can apply for credit card
As user you can view the applicants for credit cards :

When you click on credit card and login with manager login : you will get the below screen
Direct Accessed Credit applied users Details: this is list of users who directly apply through bank and the people
who cant apply directly can apply indirectly through agent.

Indirect applicants

On clicking on indirect applicants below screen will be displayed.

As clicking on view details all the information will be displayed

All details of users will be displayed only to manager.

Once your credit card gets done it will be confirmed through message.
