The faces of Negros Occidental Web-based Application is a website that
is exclusively developed for the Negros Occidental Tourism Office that would help the organization in its operation and promotions. The objectives of the study was to design and develop a Faces of Negros Occidental Web-based application with the following technical features: gather guest feedbacks, generate reports based on the answered survey questionnaire of the guest, generate reports such as most visited and high rated places, cities, and municipalities, and the monthly, yearly visitors of Negros Occidental, serve as a travel guide. The researchers recommend that the Faces of Negros Web-based Application should be implemented and will be use by the Negros Occidental Tourism Office because it would provide a proficient performance to staffs and guests. Another objective was to evaluate the acceptability of Faces of Negros Occidental Web-based Application in terms of ISO/IEC 25010:2011: functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, portability, compatibility, and security. The researchers recommend that the Negros Occidental Tourism Office should implement the Faces of Negros Occidental Web-based Application because the system was evaluated by ISO Evaluation Standards. The system helps to promote all the places that a tourist must visit here in Negros Occidental. The study used the Iterative model in developing the system. For the systems evaluation, the researchers used McCall’s and ISO/IEC 25010:2011 to identify how efficient and effective the system to each respondents. The importance and benefits of the proposed system are to promote the places here in Negros Occidental, and lessen the time in conducting a survey.
