This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing.
The counsel for the CH bank submits that the Central Bank of India has
not complied with the directions issued on 31.08.2022.
The CH bank is directed to visit the Central Bank of India to obtain the
status of the mortgaged property (Built up house bearing No. D-34,
Kalkaji, New Delhi measuring 200 sq yds) and the outstanding dues of
Central Bank of India in the reverse mortgage loan taken by Sh. Surjeet
Singh from the Sansad Marg Branch of Central Bank of India in March
2010.
Central Bank of India is directed to cooperate with the CH bank in this
regard and a DASTI copy of this order may be relied upon in this regard.
