1. िकसी भी प रि3 थित म ितिथ, समय तथा परी ा के म प रवत´न के अनु रोध पर िवचार नही ंिकया जाएगा। यह ई- वे श-प T के वल परी ा ितिथ
और परी ा की स Tाविध तक के िलए वै ध होगा, जै सा िक पृ सं %ा 1 म
िविनिद´ है । No request for change in the Date, Time and Examination Centre will be considered under any circumstances. The e-admit card
will be valid only for the test date and session time as specified above at page no. 1.

2. अ थ परी ा के पर इस ई- वे श प T को अव 4 लाएँ । इस ई- वे श प T के िबना िकसी भी अ थ को वे श की अनु मित नही ंदी जाएगी। अ थ

इस वे श प T के साथ- साथ अपनी कोई एक फोटो पहचान प T की मूल ित अव 4 लाएँ जै से मतदाता पहचान प T, ड ाइिवं ग लाइस स,पै न काड´, पासपोट´,
आधार काड´, राशन काड´ फोटो के साथ,बक मेनेजर ारा मािणत अनुसूिचत वािणि क बक की पासबुक फोटो के साथ, के वल क 5
सरकार/रा सरकार/पीएसयु/4ाय K िनकाय ारा जारी फोटो पहचान प T, एसएससी/दसवी ंक ा का फोटो सिहत शै िणक माण प T इ wािद। अ
थ की पहचान मूल पहचान प T से िमला कर की जाएगी। यिद आपका ई- वे श प T
िबना फोटो वाला है , तो आपको सलाह दी जाती है िक परी ा क 5 पर हाल ही म िलए गए दो पासपोट´ आकार के फोटो अिनवाय´ V प से लाएं । अ थ की
फोटो और ह™ा र, फोटो पहचान प T पर कानूनी V प से मुि5 त और 74 मान होना चािहए और वेश प T पर नाम से मेल खाना चािहए। फोटो
पहचान प T ित ™ या धुंधला नही ं होना चािहए। अ िथ´योंको उपरो4 विण´त वै ध ई- वे श प T और फोटो पहचान प T के िबना परी ण क 5 म
वे श करने की अनु मित नही ंदी जाएगी।
The candidate must bring this E-Admit Card at the Examination Centre. No candidate will be allowed entry without this E-Admit Card. The
candidate is also required to bring one of the PHOTO IDENTIFICATION CARDS in original issued by Govt. of India viz. Voter Identity Card,
Driving License, PAN Card, Passport, Aadhaar Card, ration card with photo, Passbook with photo from Scheduled Commercial Bank duly attested by
Bank Manager, photo identity card of central Govt./State Govt/ Autonomous bodies only, SSC / Xth class educational certificate bearing photo. The
identity of candidate will be matched with the original ID proof. In case your E–Admit card is without photograph, you are advised to mandatorily
bring two recent passport size photographs to the examination centre. The candidateʼs photograph and signature should be legibly printed and visible
on the photo ID card and should match with the name on E-Admit Card. The Photo ID card should not be damaged or smudged. Candidates will not
be allowed to enter at the test centre without valid E-admit card and Photo Identification card as mentioned above.

3. अ थ को सलाह दी जाती है िक वे अपने परी ा क 5 का पता लगाएं एवं क 5 की प5ँच/ि3थित परी ा से एक िदन पहले जांच ल | अ थ को ऊपर दी
गई ितिथ एवं समय के अनु सार परी ा क 5 पर प 5ंचना/ रपोट´ करना आव 4 क
है । Candidates are advised to locate their test Centre and its accessibility at least a day before the test so that they can reach the centre on time on the
day of the test. The candidate is required to reach/report examination centre as per date & reporting time mentioned above.

4. परी ा के ारं भ से आधे घं टे पहले मु % गे ट बं द कर िदया जाएगा। परी ा म दे री से आने की अनु मित
नही ंहै । The main gate will be closed before half an hour from the commencement of the test. No late coming is
allowed.

5. मोबाइल फोन, माइ ोफोन या िकसी अ संबिधत सहायक उपकरण, ुटू थ स म यंT, कोई अ इले4 ॉिनक संचार उपकरण, कै लकु
लेटर, लॉग-टेबल/पेजर,
िडिजटल डायरी, िडिजटल घड़ी, बु क /नोट् स, िकसी भी कार की पहनने वाली धातु की व™ुएं , चूिड़याँ , बे , कं गन आिद को रखना और उसका उपयोग परी
ा के म करना पूण´ Vप से विज´त है । यिद िकसी भी अ थ के पास इनम से कोई भी उपकरण/द™ावे ज पाया जाता है , तो उसकी उ ीदवारी रह की जा
सकती है । इन िदशा-
िनद´शों म िकसी भी कार के उ Wंघन िकए जाने पर अ थ पर स अनु शासना क कार´वाई की जाएगी, िजसम भिव® म परी ा से ितबं िधत
िकया जाना भी शािमल होगा ।मौजूदा ि3 थित को देखते 5 ए आपको सलाह दी जाती है िक 'कोिवड-१९ के कारण उ ीदवारों के िलए
अित र 4 िनद´ श' ज V र पढ़े । आईएआरआई सामान की सु र ा/खोने के िलए िज ेदार नही ंहोगा। सं बंध म , िकसी भी कार
की हािन के िलए आईएआरआई उ K रदायी नही ंहोगा। Possession and use of electronic devices such as Mobile Phone, Microphone or any
other Associated Accessories, Bluetooth enabled devices, any other electronic communication devices, Calculator, Log Tables/Pager, Digital Diary,
Digital Watch, Book / Notes, metallic wears, Bangles, Belts, Bracelets etc. are strictly prohibited inside the Examination Hall. If any candidate is
found in possession of any of these devices/documents, his/her candidature is liable to be cancelled. Any infringement of these instructions shall entail
disciplinary action against such candidates including ban from future examinations. Given the current situation, you are advised to read the 'Additional
Instructions for the candidates due to Covid-19. IARI is not responsible and answerable for any loss of candidateʼs personal belongings.

issue of offer of appointment to the selected candidate.

7. कं ूटर आधा रत परी ा म 100 व™ु िन होगं े िजसम 4 ब 5-िवक उ K र म से एक सही उ K र अ थ को चुनना है। wेक
एक अंक का है । Computer Based Test/Examination shall consist of Objective Type 100 Questions with 4 multiple choice answers out of
which candidate has to choose one correct answer only. Each question carries one mark.

8. ेक गलत उUर के िलए एक चौथाई (0.25) अंक की कटौती की जाएगी।

For each wrong answer ¼ (0.25) mark shall be deducted.

9. जब भी सीबीटी एक ही पद के िलए कई स Tों म आयोिजत िकया जाता है, तो उ ीदवारों ारा अलग-अलग स Tों म ा™ क े
अंकों को अिधसूचना म विण´त फामू´ला के अनुसार सामा ीकृ त अंकों म बदल िदया जाएगा।
Whenever CBT is conducted in multiple sessions for the same post, the raw marks obtained by the candidates in different sessions will be
converted to normalized marks as per formula mentioned in notification.

10. िकसी भी ि3थित म इस वे श-पT और पहचान माण-पT (मूल) के िबना परी ा के म वे श की अनु मित नही ंहोगी। अ थ ारा िववाह से प ात्/पूव´
नाम म प रवत´न की
ि3थित म अ थ को मूल पहचान-पT के साथ दसवी ंका मूल माण-पT अव4 लाना होगा। अ थ की पहचान का िमलान अ थ ारा ™ुत सा ों
के आधार पर िकया जाएगा। अ िथ´योंको परी ा क 5 के भीतर के वल वे श-पT तथा पहचान-पT ही लाने की अनु मित है ।
No candidate shall be permitted into the examination centre without carrying this E-Admit Card and ID proof (in original) under any
circumstances. In case, change in the name by the candidate after/before marriage, the candidate must bring the original matriculation certificate along
with original Identification Card. The identity of the candidate will be matched with the proofs to be provided by the candidate. Candidates are allowed
to carry E-Admit Card and Identity proof only inside the examination centre.
11. अ िथ´यों ारा ड़ाउनलोड और ि ंट ा™ िकए जाने हे तु ई- वे श पT वे बसाइट https://iari.res.in/ पर ही उपल कराए जाएं गे । यह ई- वे श पT क
ूटर जिनत होगा और डाक ारा नही ंभे जा जाएगा।
The e-admit cards shall be made available on the website https://iari.res.in/ only for download & printing by the candidates. This e-admit
card will be computer generated and shall not be sent by post.

12. अ िथ´यों को इस ई- वेश प T म उ Wेिखत रपोिट ग समय पर अपने आबंिटत परी ा के ों पर प ँचना होगा (जो की डेढ
घंटा पहले है)) तािक वेश संबंधी ओपचा रकताओ का काय´ सहजता से िकया जा सके । परी ा के का मु% ार परी ा समय
शु V होने से आधा घं टा पू व´ बंद कर िदया जाएगा । देरी से आने की कोई अनु मित नही ंहै ।
Candidates are required to reach their allotted exam centre on reporting time as mentioned in the e-admit card (which is 1 and ½
hours in advance) so that entry formalities can be done smoothly. The main gate of examination centre will be closed half an hour before the
commencement of the examination time. No late coming is allowed.

13. सरकार के िदशािनद´ श अनुसार ऐसे अ थ िजनको 40% या उससे अिधक की िवकलांगता है, यिद वे उनकी इ ा है वे अपनी ओर से
शनो के उ K रों को िचि5 त करने के
िलए 4 यं के िलिपक का िवक चुन सकते ह यिद वे ऐसी इ ा रखते ह तो, बशत´ िक वे इस तरह की िवकलांगता के बारे
म, स म िचिक Tा ािधकरण ारा जारी िकए गए मूल िचिक Tा माण प T का परी ा क 5 म वे श के समय उ ादन कर । िवकलां ग उ
ीदवारों को २० िमनट ित घं टे की " ितपूरक समय" की अनु मित दी जाएगी। आईसीएआर-आईएआरआई वे बसाइट पर एक िलिपक घोषणा प T दान
िकया जाएगा, िजसे परी ा के िदन ई- वे श प T के साथ डाउनलोड कर भर के लाया जाना है । The candidate as per government guidelines who has
disability of 40% or more may opt for his or her own scribe for marking responses (answers) on their behalf if so desired, provided that they
produce original medical certificate issued by competent medical authority regarding such disability at the time of entry to the examination centre.
The candidates with disabilities will be allowed “compensatory time” of 20 minutes per hour. A scribe declaration form will be provided on the ICAR-
IARI website, which is to be downloaded, filled and brought along with e-admit card on the day of examination.

14. परी ा म ,यिद कोई अ थ (i) परी ा के दौरान अनुिचत साधनोंका योग अथवा (ii) वे श बदल कर अथवा िकसी अ Dि4 की ओर से अथवा (iii) परी
ा भवन म अनुिचत D वहार अथवा (iv) चयन हे तु अपनी उ ीदवारी के िलए िकसी कार के साधन का सहारा ले ने अथवा (v) अपनी अ िथ´ता के
िलए िकसी ऐसे अनुिचत असाधारण और अनुिचत साधन का सहारा ले ने का दोषी पाया जाता है तो ऐसा अ थ आपरािधक अिभयोग चलाए जाने के अित
र4 (क) उस परी ा िजसका/िजसकी वह अ थ है के
िलए अयो होने (ख) 3थायी Vप से अथवा िविश अविध हे तु आईसीएआर-आईएआरआई ारा आयोिजत िकसी भी परी ा अथवा भत से िवविज
´त िकए जाने के िलए 4यं उ K रदायी होगा/होगी।
In the examination, if a candidate is (or has been) found guilty of: (i) using unfair means during the examination or (ii) impersonating or
procuring impersonation by any person or (iii) misbehaving in the examination hall or (iv) resorting to any irregular or improper means in connection
with his/her candidature for selection or (v) obtaining support for his/her candidature by any unfair means, such a candidate may, in addition to
rendering himself/herself liable to criminal prosecution, will also be liable: (a) to be disqualified from the examination for which he/she is a candidate
and (b) to be debarred, either permanently or for a specified period, from any examination or recruitment conducted by ICAR-IARI.

15. अ थ को वे श प T जारी करना पद के िलए उसकी पाT ता के सं बंध म उसे कोई अिधकार नही ंदे ता है । कं ूटर आधा रत परी ा म बै ठने वाले अ थ ,
अपने 4यं के िहत म , सभी संबि त यो ताओं की जांच कर ल िजससे की अं ितम चरण म िनराशा से बचा जा सके । आपकी उ ीदवारी की पाTता पूरी
भत ि या म शतfi को पूरा करने की
िव™ृत जांच के अधीन “पूण´ Vप से अनंितम है ” जै सा िक इस पद के िलए िवyापन म उWेिखत है । यिद, िकसी भी ™र पर पाया जाता है
िक अ थ पाTता मानदं ड को पूरा नही ं करता और अ थ ारा उपल कराई गई जानकारी झठू ी है या िव yापन म उ Wेिखत पाT ता
मानदंड के अनुV प नही ं है िजसम जाित माणप T भी शािमल है, ऐसे अ थ की उ ीदवारी भत ि या के िकसी भी चरण म या पदभार
हण के बाद भी रह की जा सकती है ।

Issue of admit-card to a candidate does not confer him/her any right with regard to his/her eligibility for the post. The Candidates appearing in the
Computer Based Test/Examination should, in their own interest, check their eligibility in all respects so as to avoid disappointment at later stage. The
candidature in whole recruitment process is "PURELY PROVISIONAL” subject to detailed scrutiny of fulfilling the eligibility conditions as
mentioned in the advertisement for the post that has been applied for. In case, it is found at any stage that the candidate does not fulfil the eligibility
criteria and any information provided by the candidate is found false or is not in conformity with the eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement
including Caste Certificate, candidature of such candidate is liable to be rejected at any stage of recruitment process or even after joining.

16. एक बार पं जीकरण डे पर उपि3थित/फोटो ाफ ले ने के बाद, ऐसे अ थ को परी ा पूरी होने तक परी ा क /हॉल छोड़ने की अनु मित नही ंदी जाएगी।
परी ा पूरी होने के बाद एि4 ट वे रिफके शन (फोटो ाफ कै च रं ग) भी होगा।
Once the attendance/Capturing of photograph at the Registration Desk is done, such candidate will not be allowed to leave the Exam
Room/Hall till the completion of the examination. There will also be an exit verification (Capturing of photograph) after completion of
examination.

17. प T म भाषा खंड को छोड़कर, िहंदी और अं ेजी म ि भाषी होगं े ।

The questions will be bilingual i.e. in Hindi & in English, except for language section of the paper.

18. रफ काय´ हे तु अ थ को रफ शीट दी जाएगी,िज 5 परी ा की समाि™ पर परी ा िनरी क को लौटाना होगा, अ थ को wेक रफ शीट पर 4 V प से
अपना नाम और अनु मांक िलखना है ।
Rough Sheet(s) will be provided to candidate for rough work, which will have to be returned to the invigilators after end of the examination.
Candidate should clearly write his/her name and Roll No. on each rough sheet.

19. अ थ को क ूटर आधा रत परी ा (सीबीटी) आरं भ होने से 10 िमनट पूव´ परी ा के िलए यूजर आई.डी. और पासवाड´ उनके बै ठने के 3थान पर िदया
जाएगा। User ID and password for the Computer Based Test (CBT) will be provided to the candidate 10 minutes before commencement of the
test/exam at their respective seat.
20. क ूटर आधा रत टे ™/परी ा से प रिचत होने हे तु, अ िथ´योंको सलाह दी जाती है िक वे https://www.iari.res.in पर उपल डे मो (छ h परी
ा) दे ख । In order to familiarize with the Computer Based Test/Examination, the candidates are advised to go through the demo (mock test) available
on the website https://www.iari.res.in

21. अ िथ´यों को परी ा के दौरान िकसी भी कार की बाधा उ K नही ंकरनी चािहए। यिद कोई अ थ परी ा के दौरान िकसी कार की बाधा अथवा परी ा
3 थल पर िकसी
कार की अशां ित उ K करते 5 ए पाया जाता है , तो उसकी उ ीदवारी िनर™ कर दी जाएगी। ऐसे अ थ को आईसीएआर-आईएआरआई म भिव® म
होने वाली परी ाओं से बिह®ृ त कर िदया जाएगा और उसके िव V5 कानूनी कार´वाई की जा सकती
है । Candidates must refrain from creating any obstruction during the conduct of examination. If any candidate is found obstructing the conduct of the
examination or creating disturbances at the examination venue, his/her candidature shall be summarily cancelled. Such candidate shall also be liable to
be debarred from future examinations of the ICAR-IARI and legal proceedings could be initiated against him/her.

22. अ थ को यह भी सलाह दी जाती है िक क ूटर आधा रत टे™/परी ा के िलए इस ई- वेश प T के साथ उपल “ऑनलाइन परी ा
िनद´ शो”ं को ानपूव´क पढ़ ल। Candidate is also advised to read the “Online Examination Instructions” carefully for computer-based
test/exam available in this E-Admit Card.

23. अ िथ´योंको यह भी सलाह दी जाती है िक वे िकसी भी कार की अ h तन जानकारी हे तु वे बसाइट https://www.iari.res.in ( recruitment cell tab ) दे खते रह ।
Candidates are also advised to keep visiting website https://www.iari.res.in ( recruitment cell tab ) for any updates.

24. अ थ को कं ूटर आधा रत टे ™ म भाग ले ने के िलए कोई याTा खच´ नही िदया
जाएगा। No travelling expenses will be admissible for appearing in Computer Based
Test.

25. मह पूण´ : अ थ अपने पंजीकृ त े ड िशय T के साथ ऑनलाइन पोट´ल म लॉग इन करके , सभी पदों के िलए परी ाओं के
संचालन के पांच िदनों के बाद अपने Dि4गत उ K र / ऑनलाइन िति या (4यं के जवाब और कुंजी) दे ख सकते ह | ( ो)
या उ K र के सं बध म िकसी भी कार के / आपिK के मामले म , के वल 03 िदनों के भीतर पोट´ल म ऑनलाइन िति या िलं क के मा म से
संबिधत द™ावे जो के साथ आप Kी दज´ कर सकते ह | ा™ आ ेपों को अं ितम V प देने के िलए िवषय िवशेषy (िवशे षyो)ं ारा
िफर से जांच की जाएगी | िकसी भी प रि3 थित म सं चार / चै नल के िकसी भी अ मा म से ा™ ों या उ K र कुंिजयों से संबि त िति
या / आ ेप / पर िवचार नही ंिकया जाएगा | िनधा´ रत अविध के भीतर आपिK यों की ाि™ न होने पर, चयन ि या के बाद के
चरण म पुनः मू ांकन के िलए, ऐसे उ ीदवारों को भिव® म िकसी भी कानूनी दावे के िलए कोई अिधकार नही ं होगा |
“ऑनलाइन िति या िलं क” की सही तारीख और समय आईसीएआर-आईएआरआई वैबसाइट पर उ Wेख/अपलोड िकया जाएगा | अ थ को
िनयिमत V प से इस भत / चयन ि या से सं बि त सूचनाएँ , िनद´ श,प रप T के मा म से नवीनतम अपडेट के िलए
आईसीएआर-आईएआरआई की वै बसाइट पर जाना होगा |
Important: Candidates can view their individual answers/online response (own answers and answer key) within 05 days of conduct of
examinations for all the posts, by logging into online portal with their registered credentials. In case of query/objection in respect of any question(s)
and its answer, it is to be submitted only through Online Response Link in the portal with documentary evidence within 03 days. The Objections
received will be re-examined by the subject expert(s) for its finalisation. Response/ Objection/ Query related to questions or answer keys received
through any other mode of communication/channel will not be entertained under any circumstances. On non-receipt of objections within stipulated
period, such candidates will not have any right for any future legal claim, in any court of law, for re-evaluation at later stage of selection process. The
exact date and time of Online Response Link shall be mentioned/uploaded on ICAR-IARI Website. The candidate should regularly visit ICAR-IARI
website for latest updates through notifications, instructions, circulars related to this recruitment/selection process.
 ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES DUE TO COVID-19
COVID-19 के कारण उ 4ीदवारों के िलए अित र 4 िनद˜ श

1. अ थ को परी ा 3 थल म वे श से ले कर परी ा 3 थल से बाहर िनकलने तक सामािजक द ू री बनाए रखनी होगी और साइने ज / नोिटस बोड´ का पालन करना होगा ।
Candidate must maintain social distancing starting from point of entry in the exam venue till his/her exit from the exam venue and follow the
Signage/Notice Board.

2. यिद अ थ म COVID-19 ल ण है , तो उस ि3 थित म उसे एक अलग आइसोले शन लै ब / हॉल म सीबीटी म उपि3 थत होने की अनु मित दी जाएगी।
In case Candidate is having COVID-19 symptom, in that case he/ shall be allowed to appear in CBT in a separate Isolation Lab/ Hall.

3. यिद कोई अ थ COVID-19 से सं िमत है ,तो उसे COVID-19 वाइरस के सार को बढने से रोकने की सतक´ ता के चलते परी ा म बै ठने की अनु मित नही ंदी जाएगी।
In case any candidate is infected with COVID-19, he/she will not be allowed to appear in the examination to prevent the further spread of COVID-19 virus.

4. अ थ को अपना 4यं का फे स मा , हाथ के द™ाने , Dि4 गत ह ड सैिनटाइज़र (50 िमली), पारदश नीला बॉल पे न, पानी की बोतल (पारदश ) और परी ा से
सं बंिधत द™ावे ज ( वे श प T,फोटो आईडी काड´ आिद) लाना होगा। परी ा लै ब/हॉल के अं दर िकसी अ व™ु की अनु मित नही ंहोगी।
Candidate must bring their own Face Mask, Hand Gloves, personal hand sanitizer (50ml), transparent blue ball pen, PET water Bottle (transparent) and the exam
related documents (Admit Card, Photo ID Card etc.). No other items will be permitted inside exam Lab/Hall.

5. परी ा 3थल पर वे श के समय उ ीदवारोंका तापमान थम गन के मा म से जांचा जाएगा।

Temperature of candidates will be checked at the entry to the exam venue via a Thermo Gun.

6. अ थ का रोल नंबर और लैब नंबर 'परी ा 3 थल के बाहर दिश´त नही ं िकया जाएगा, लेिकन यह उ ीदवारों को उनके वेश प T और
आईडी स wापन के बाद परी ा 3 थल म वेश के समय Dि4 गत V प से दान िकया जाएगा।
Candidate’s Roll Number and the Lab Number' will NOT be displayed outside the exam venue, but the same will be provided to the candidates individually at the
time of entry to the exam venue after their Admit Card and ID verification.

ि या के दौरान फोटो खीचं ी जाएगी। At registration desk, the candidate will be directed to sanitize his / her hands using sanitizer after which Photograph
will be captured during the registration

 ONLINE EXAMINATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Total duration of examination is as mentioned in the E-Admit card.

2. The clock will be set at the server. The countdown timer in the top right corner of screen will display the remaining time available for you to
complete the examination. When the timer reaches zero, the examination will end by itself. You will not be required to end or submit your
examination.

3. The Question Palette displayed on the right side of screen will show the status of each question using one of the following symbols:

4. To answer a question, do the following:

a. Click on the question number in the Question Palette to go to that question directly.
b. Click on Save & Next to save your answer for the current question and then go to the next question.
c. Click on Mark for Review & Next to mark the current question for review, and then go to the next question.
d. Caution: Note that your answer for the current question will be not be saved, if you navigate to another question directly (without saving the
answer) by clicking on its question number.

Answering a Question :

5. Procedure for answering a multiple choice type question:

a. To select your answer, click on the button of one of the options.

b. To deselect your chosen answer, click on the button of the chosen option again or click on the Clear Response button.
c. To change your chosen answer, click on the button of another option.
d. To save your answer, you MUST click on the Save & Next button.

To mark the question for review, click on the Mark for Review & Next button. If an answer is selected for a question that is Marked for
Review, that answer will NOT be considered in the evaluation since there is negative marking for each wrong answer.
