Counsel for the CH Bank submitted that the warrant of arrest could
not be served upon the concerned police authority due to non-
availability of the name of the Director of CD#6. He further
submitted that registry could not be prepare the sale proclamation
notice qua the subject mortgage property. He further requested two
weeks’ time to file due diligence report qua the mortgage property
status of case if any, pending against the mortgage property before
any Higher Forum and to file valuation report and e-auction
particulars. He also requested one week’s time to file the status of
the CD#6 Company.
