Hearing in the present case has been conducted through video

conference today.
Counsel for the CH bank has submitted that there is no order from
Hon’ble Supreme Court restraining this forum to proceed further
in the sale of mortgaged property at GautamBudh Nagar, UP. He
also submitted that he will request for court receiver for the
movable properties of CD#6 only after verifying that CD#6 is
available at the address mentioned in the present RC.

Direction

CH bank is directed to file an affidavit stating the status of sale of

mortgaged property at GautamBudh Nagar, UP as per the Hon’ble
Supreme Court order.
