To deliver committed activities in optimized timeline and to ensure superior quality in all deliverables
Ensure no slippage in committed internal timelines of development / code freeze
Strive to achieve delivery right first time, with no issues in the later phases and ensure that no existing functionality is broken

Work collaborately with the team and the stakeholders, to achieve the quality delivery on time
Adhere to coding standards and practices/principles and code review processes
Adhere to agile processes and tools that are established and followed in the project
