CIRCULAR FOR FIRST TERMINAL EXAMINATION

GRADES XI

Dear parents

It's been months since we dived into the pool of teaching learning process. It’s time for the child to recap what he/she has
learnt at the end of Term -1. It is mandatory for the child to appear for the same. In this regard the Date-sheet is attached
here with this circular.
You are hereby informed that the exams will be conducted as per the schedule given in the date sheet. So let us join hands
together once more and prepare our children for the upcoming Examination.

PLEASE NOTE

 Timings of the Examination is 07:40 AM to 11:30 AM.

 Bring the required stationery–pencils, pens, ruler, eraser, sharpener & geometry box etc.
 Attendance during examination is mandatory.
 School Conveyance will depart from school by 11:45 AM.
 Students should not carry bags during the examination days, only transparent pouch is allowed.
 Use of unfair means during examination will lead to cancellation of paper.
