So for the summary of our budget and costing , The team targets to sell at least 65 pcs of chocolanay per

day that will be sold for 10 pesos each and 50 cups of coffee that will be sold for 35 pesos for hot coffee
and 35 pesos for ice coffee, during RLE days from Monday to Wednesday for three days. The
ingredients, cooking materials, and advertising materials will be prepared a day before the event.
Furthermore, safe food handling and sanitary precautions will be strictly implemented to ensure
customer safety. In accordance with the institution’s no single-use plastic policy, paper materials will be
utilized in serving the product to maintain an eco-friendly environment.

The table below shows the summary of the estimated budget and costs for the event:

So for the entire 3 days of our fundraising event, we generated an estimated gross income of 5,475
pesos which is from our 2,200 total contribution or our capital and 3,275 profit

So the capital is 2,200 pesos which was calculated by adding the 220 pesos contribution of the 10
members, which was decided by dividing the total cost of the ingredients and equipment for the
fundraising. Then for the daily profit, the team got a total amount of PHP 1,825 by multiplying the price
per serving of the products to 50 pieces cups of coffee and 65 pieces chocolanay and adding them all
together. Lastly, we calculated the total profit by subtracting the total income to the capital, resulting to
a total estimated profit of 3,275.00 pesos
