SUBJECT “Cheating of club Mahindra sales agent”

Greetings,

I'd want to file a complaint against Ritika Bajaj for defrauding me by selling me club Mahindra
membership. I addressed this issue many years ago when I was having problems with my membership,
and Mr. Pawan was assigned to handle it.
Mr. Pawan, I've been working on my issue for over a year, and every time I speak with Ritika or Pawan, I
receive so many promises but no deadline.
I wanted to terminate my membership since I was misled into believing that I could book any holiday at
any time, with the exception of year-end and Christmas holidays. So, I was given a free membership
upgrade to the next level so that I could plan my vacation as promised.
Again, it was refused, and a bogus promise was made that they would utilize some special offer holiday
while they sorted out the problem.

Before going to consumer court or going the legal route, I'd like to elevate my matter to Club Mahindra's
upper management. This lawsuit has undoubtedly harmed the Mahindra brand and given it a bad name.

My 4 lakh rupees are trapped with Club Mahindra, and I am willing to spend an extra 5000 rupees to
engage a lawyer and go legal.

However, I am still hoping to resolve this mutually by receiving my whole money back with interest
because I no longer trust Club Mahindra.
Consider this email my last notice to Club Mahindra.
