Led a team of 15 practitioners in a fully-integrated health care centre with annual revenue of 1.2 million. Conducted triage meetings with clients to create treatment programmes specific to their needs. Created and developed a bespoke 'own label' product range consisting of homeopathic, herbal, supplemental and aromatherapy line of products. Accomplishments: Conceived and created the London College of Colon Hydrotherapy, a training school for postgraduate naturopathic colon hydrotherapy. As principal, interviewed prospective students, supervised their training and ultimately ensured they were suitable for qualification under current UK government guidelines. As lead instructor, designed and delivered the training to a post-graduate level for the London College of Colon Hydrotherapy.
