2. This pertains to the desire of the DIDM to enhance the existing policy of the
PNP on missing and found persons.

3. In connection with the above references, please be informed that the draft
memorandum on the recording, monitoring and investigation of missing and found
persons provided clear guidelines and uniformity of reports from the lower units going
up to higher headquarters thereby creating smooth and easy consolidation of reports on
the said subject.
